Reece was an absolute pleasure to work with! Helped my younger sister through the entire car buying process from the minute we came onto the show floor. No pressure to buy, no rushing, and no behind-the-scenes scams. Very upfront about pricing and willing to work with our financial situation. Very knowledgeable about their inventory as well. Will do business here again!

Reece and Donovan were great. I was borderline on a few new vehicles and Reece went above and beyond which was a major deciding factor.

We recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue at Thayer Nissan in BG. We worked with Lillian for quite a few months to find the perfect vehicle for us. She was very helpful, and always got back to me with answers to my questions. It’s obvious that she cares about her customers by trying to find the best fit for them. We would definitely work with Lillian again when we decide to trade in our 2019 Murano next year.

First time buying a car, Anthony made the experience very easy. Although my impatience got the best of me, he was very straight forward and kept me updated as often as possible. He was very open and honest, and went I felt something was off on the test drive, he had the car sent back to service and fixed asap. So thanks to Anthony, I’m now enjoying my new to me, 2017 Civic Si Coupe!

I have to tell you from the time I first contacted them via their website, all the way through driving off the lot, this man was phenomenal! He gave me his personal cell phone number at encouraged me to call him anytime I had questions. He spoke with me about what I was looking for and went "The EXTRA MILE" to deliver. I even called him on his day off and he carried on a conversation with me while he was cleaning his kitchen. Had I known it was his day off I would have NEVER called. Next, Let go to Financing. Josh that takes care of all of the financing was AMAZING! I applied to be pre approved on the website (so easy) and was contacted the next day by Josh to tell me I was approved. after 2 days Anthony had found the rare vehicle I was looking for in Sidney, OH. He sent a driver down to get it and told me to come in the next day! Upon arriving at Thayer, I noticed my car out front as clean as could be and with a FULL TANK of gas! I was greeted upon getting out of my car and brought inside. I met Josh who had EVERYTHING all ready for me and explained everything to me. From start to finish I was in there maybe 10-12 minutes. NEVER have I had such a wonderful and stress free experience purchasing a car!
