Francis 9th car good experience and good customer service

I dealt with Francis and he was absolutely wonderful. No pushy sales, made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and really worked hard to get the price of the car to where I needed it to be. Fantastic personality as well. Will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle here. Ready to take my new car for some joy rides 😁😁

Absolutely wonderful team! I just bought my first “big girl car” from Logan and he was great!! I was suddenly without a car and he was so kind to offer to pick me up from work in the car I was looking at so I can test drive it from there! He made things super easy and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also want to shoutout Francis for helping me set up my car! He was super helpful and patient and I really appreciate him for taking time out of his busy day to make sure I am all set before I leave the lot. I know a couple people in my family that have bought cars from Thayer and they have all had amazing experiences and they were 100% right!

Reese did a great job of helping my husband and me when we recently leased a new Murano. We appreciated how carefully Reese explained everything to us. If you're looking to buy or lease a vehicle without pressure, we would highly recommned Reese and Thayer Nissan. We were introduced to the whole team, and we quickly felt very comfortable with all the staff. We love our new car and are very glad we found Reese and Thayer Nissan.
